Designed to improve your odds.

International-source aware

The system separates verified live jobs, target employers, portal applications, and email outreach so each opportunity uses the right path.

Time saved safely

Automation is paced by plan limits, per-domain caps, evidence gates, pause states, and a kill switch.

Privacy first

The extension receives curated packages, not raw database rows, and sensitive fields require confirmation.

What actually runs

The mobility pipeline behind the page.

This is not a single magic prompt. It is a set of services, workers, source checks, scoring rules, safety gates, and extension flows that carry context from one step to the next.

Mobility Profile

The profile builder turns CV data, interview answers, locations, skills, certifications, and authorization context into a career schematic.

Verified Discovery Engine

Application Readiness

The writer is constrained to supplied candidate evidence, with template fallback and no invented credentials, so international applications stay credible.

Two application channels

Email when email is right. Portal copilot when a portal is right.

International employers receive applications in different ways. AutoApply classifies the channel first, so portal jobs are routed to myautoapply instead of being emailed blindly.

Mailbox path

Gmail or Outlook sends as you.

OAuth account is refreshed before send.

Gmail sends through users.me.messages.send.

Microsoft Graph creates a draft first so conversation IDs are captured.

The primary CV can be attached automatically.

A Day 5 follow-up is scheduled after a successful send.

Portal path

myautoapply fills what it can prove.

A server-built package exposes profile fields, saved answers, documents, and fit context.

Built-in recipes match known ATS fields by selectors and labels.

Sensitive fields such as work authorization and salary are marked for confirmation.

Portal events record opened, analyzed, filled, paused, submitted, skipped, and failed states.

Auto-submit is denied unless every trusted-flow condition passes.

Safety rules

The system knows when to stop.

The strongest part of AutoApply OS is not that it can act. It is that it can refuse, pause, or ask when a job, source, sponsor signal, recipient, portal, or answer is not safe enough.

5

Per-domain daily cap

80+

Trusted portal auto-submit fit threshold

Day 5

First polite follow-up

Day 12

Final follow-up

Live-job evidence gate

Drafting is blocked when a role lacks verified source evidence or enough confidence to treat it as real.

Sponsor claims stay careful

The product can surface sponsor-friendly signals, but it never guarantees a visa or immigration outcome.

Per-domain daily cap

Never more than 5 sends to the same recipient domain per day.

Discreet mode

Blocks current employers and lowers outreach to a quiet daily ceiling.

No-reply refusal

The send guard refuses no-reply and invalid recipient addresses.

Bounce memory

If an address bounces, AutoApply will not keep sending to it.

Portal deny-by-default

Trusted auto-submit requires platform opt-in, active plan, promoted recipe, confirmed uploads, no pending sensitive answers, and fit score at least 80.

Human checks pause

Login, CAPTCHA, MFA, legal attestations, missing documents, and ambiguous questions stay with the user.

Outcomes

Replies become structured next actions.

AutoApply does not stop at submitted. It keeps watching for the signals that matter: interviews, document requests, salary questions, bounces, and rejections.

Reply classifications

The classifier uses deterministic signals first. Bounce detection takes precedence; out-of-office replies do not cancel follow-ups; human replies do.

FAQ

Clear answers, no black box.

A product that acts on your behalf should be able to explain its rules plainly.

Does AutoApply just blast applications?

No. The backend has send guards, plan limits, per-domain caps, no-reply refusal, bounce suppression, discreet-mode blocks, and a kill switch. The product is designed around controlled applications, not volume for its own sake.

What decides whether a job is a good match?

Mobility scoring combines role generation, skills overlap, sector signal, seniority, preferred countries, geography, work arrangement, source reliability, sponsor-friendly signals, and interview likelihood. The result is a 0-100 score plus readable reasons.

Does AutoApply guarantee visa sponsorship?

No. It can prioritize sponsor-friendly signals and verified international roles, but visa decisions belong to employers and immigration authorities. The product helps users avoid blind applications; it does not promise visas.

What happens on job portals?

myautoapply gets a curated application package from the server. It can fill high-confidence fields and documents, but it pauses for login, CAPTCHA, MFA, missing documents, sensitive answers, ambiguous questions, and unsupported or changed forms.

What happens after a reply?

Reply ingestion matches the message to the sent application, classifies it, records a Reply row, updates the application outcome, cancels scheduled follow-ups for genuine replies or bounces, and logs the result.
